- Mphungu pa ma PC 3.
- Bay tsamba 1 pc.
- Mchere 0.5 tsp.
- Gawo 1 Konzani nyama, bay leaf, juniper (mabampu).
- Gawo 2 Sambani ndi kuuma nkhumba, ikani mu thumba kuti muphike, ikani masamba a laurel, mjunithi, ndi mchere pang'ono pamenepo. Phukusili liyenera kumangirizidwa mwamphamvu, mochuluka momwe tingatulutsire mpweya kuchokera kwa iwo.
- Gawo 3 Ikani chakudya china chodziwika. Ingomangitsani. Ikani m'madzi ndikuphika kwa maola 4 pa kutentha kwakukulu. Lolani kuti muziziritsa.
- Khwerero 4 Chotsani nyama m'matumba. Madzi owongolera ayenera kusungidwa, zonunkhira zingachotsedwe. Chotsani nyama ku fupa ndi kuziwaza bwino.
- Gawo 5 Ikani nyamayi moyenera, tsitsani madzi otsala.
