- Tsabola wakuda pansi 2 uzitsine
- Khwerero 1 Kuti tipange nyama yophika mwamsanga, timafunika nkhumba, nkhuku, tiyi, mbatata (tochepa), anyezi, adyo, mikate yopanda chofufumitsa (mikate pafupifupi 7-8), mchere, tsabola wakuda.
- 2 Yambani mbatata, pukutani pa coarse grater.
- 3 Anyezi ndi adyo amatsukidwa, oponderezedwa ndikuwonjezeredwa ku nyama ya pansi.
- Gawo 4 Komanso mu nyama yosungunuka, onjezerani mbatata yosakanizidwa, kuyendetsa mu dzira, mchere ndi tsabola.
- Gawo 5 Sakanizani bwino mpaka mutagwirizana mofanana.
- Gawo 6 Pazojambula ziwiri, kuyika mtanda kudutsa mkate wofiira woyamba, mafuta ochepetsetsa.
- Khwerero 7 Choncho chitani mpaka zofufumitsa ndi kuziyika zatha.
- Khwerero 8 Timaika keke mu zojambulajambula, osati mwamphamvu.
- Gawo 9 Ikani kutsogolo kwa ovini 200 pa ora limodzi. Chotsani chojambulazo ndikutembenuza keke pa mbale yakuphwanyika, yayikulu.
- Gawo 10 Tikhoza kukongoletsa keke yokonzeka pamtendere ndikukhala ngati mbale yotentha kapena ngati chakudya chozizira.
