Nkhumba Zophika Nkhumba Zomwe ndimazikonda mofulumira! Zothandiza kwambiri, pamene mukufunika kuphika mofulumira ndi chokoma chakudya chamadzulo, zikondamoyo zingathenso kutsekemera kapena ngati njira yachiwiri yokongoletsa. Zakudya za nyama zimatentha kwambiri, ndipo zimakhazikika kale. Sindikukulangizani kuti mulowe m'malo mwa nkhumba nyama zina! Kawirikawiri, ndimayamikira kwambiri, zokoma!
Zosakaniza:- Nkhumba zamkati 400g
- Mazira nkhuku 2 ma PC.
- Anyezi 1 pc.
- Mbatata wowuma 4 tbsp. l.
- Mayonesi 4 tbsp. l.
- Mchere 1 tsp.
- Mpendadzuwa amawonjezera mafuta 150 ml
- Tsabola wakuda 0,5 tsp.
- Gawo 1 Kukonzekera zikondamoyo, timadya nyama ya nkhumba, wowuma wa mbatata, mazira, anyezi, mayonesi, mchere, tsabola wakuda, mafuta opangidwa ndi mpendadzuwa.
- Gawo 2 Dulani nkhumba bwino kwambiri. Koma musasokoneze kupyolera mu chopukusira nyama, musati muchipake mu chophatikiza, chomwe chimadulidwa, komanso monga finely momwe mungathere!
- 3 Anyezi amatsukidwa ndi kudulidwa bwino. Yonjezerani anyezi ku nyama, kuyendetsa galimoto m'mazira awiri a nkhuku.
- Tsamba 4 Thirani wowuma wa mbatata.
- Khwerero 5 Muziganiza, mchere ndi tsabola.
- Khwerero 6 Sakanizani kachiwiri. Perekani nyama "yeseso" kwa mphindi zisanu kuti ayimilire, kuyisunthira ndikupitirira.
- Khwerero 7 Fryani pa mafuta otentha a mpendadzuwa kumbali zonse ziwiri ngati zikondamoyo.
- Gawo 8 Timatentha kapena kuzizira pa chotupitsa kapena ngati chakudya chachiwiri kuti mukhale zokongoletsa.
