- Gawo 2 Nyemba zilowerere usiku wonse m'madzi ozizira, kenaka ziwotche, ziritsani mpaka zofewa komanso ozizira.
- Khwerero 3 Nkhuku ya nkhuku imwanire madzi ozizira, mchere ndi wiritsani mpaka yophika.
- 4 Pewani zitsulozo ndi kuzidula mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono.
- Khwerero 5 Sakanizani anyezi, muzidula pakati, kenako patukani mu magawo opyapyala.
