Yonjezerani shiitake (ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito) ndikuphika miniti imodzi. Onjezerani mpunga, kusakaniza, kuphika miniti ndi kuthira mu ketchup. Pamene mpunga ndi nkhuku zakonzeka, khalani pambali. Konzani omelette (whisk mazira ndi mwachangu pa otsala mafuta). Ikani mpunga pa mbale ndikuyika pamwamba pa omelet, kapena kukulunga mpunga mu omelette. Onjezerani tomato ang'onoang'ono a chitumbuwa ndikugwiritsira ntchito patebulo. Chilakolako chabwino.
