Ngati mukukonzekera usiku wotentha, mutha kudabwa ndi mnzanuyo ndikumupatsa chakudya chosavuta chimene chidzakupatsani mphamvu ndikuwonjezera chilakolako, chofunika kwambiri chomwe mukufuna.


Mudzafunika:
Mazira 2
20 g wa nkhuku msuzi
8 oysters opanda zipolopolo
30 g wa mafuta a nkhumba

Njira yokonzekera:
-kuyika mazira mpaka mawonekedwe a thovu;
- popanda kusiya kuyambitsa, pang'onopang'ono kutsanulira mu msuzi;
- pamapeto pake add oysters;
- kutentha poto ndi mafuta pang'ono, kutsanulira mu kusakaniza ndi kuphika mpaka wokonzeka;
-tsani kutsuka ndi zitsamba zatsopano.
