- Gawo 1 Pofuna kukonzekera kabichi schnitzels, tikufuna kabichi, rusks, mchere, mafuta a mpendadzuwa.
- Gawo 2 Wiritsani kabichi mu madzi amchere. Gawani masamba ndikuphika masamba mpaka okonzeka (pafupifupi mphindi 20).
- Khwerero 3 Dulani kutsetsereka kwa tsamba lililonse ndikuchotsani mitsinje.
- Gawo 4 Dulani tsamba lililonse la kabichi ndi envelopu.
- Gawo 5 Lembani envelopu mu msuzi wa kabichi ndi nyengo yokhala ndi mikate yophatikizana ndi tsabola.
- Gawo 6 Fry the schnitzels kumbali zonse ziwiri mu mafuta a masamba mpaka golide wofiira.
- Khwerero 7 Kutumikira ndi phwetekere msuzi.
