Panthawiyi, mu saucepan pa sing'anga-mkulu kutentha, sakanizani mafuta ndi shallots. Mwachangu mpaka anyezi aoneke, pafupi maminiti asanu. Yonjezerani chinanazi ndi shuga ndi mwachangu, oyambitsa mpaka shuga ikasungunuka ndipo chinanazi chimayamba kuchepa. Onjezerani 1/4 chikho cha madzi a chinanazi ndi viniga wosasa. Fry mpaka madzi akucheperachepera theka, pafupi maminiti asanu kapena asanu ndi awiri. Onjezerani madzi otsala a chinanazi ndi cranberries ndi kuphika mpaka madzi awonjezere, pafupi ndi 3 mpaka 5 mphindi. Onjezani thyme. Msuzi akhoza kusungidwa mufiriji kwa mlungu umodzi.
