Udon ndi shrimps
Zakudya zokometsera zokoma za Asia zimatha kukonzekera m'malo mwa pasitala.
Zosakaniza:
- Tirigu amadula udon - 200 g
- Zitsamba zokhazikika - 10-15 ma PC. (malingana ndi kukula)
- Tsabola wa Chibugariya - 1 pc.
- Anyezi - 1 pc.
- Ginger - 1/3 ya mizu yaying'ono
- Kaloti - 1 PC.
- Msuzi wa tiyi - 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Kukonzekera:

- Pansi pa mphika, sungani nsomba ndi azitona, kutsanulira zonona ndikuyika pamwamba bwalo limodzi la mandimu.
- Mu uvuni, utenthedwa kufika madigiri 200, ikani mphika kwa mphindi 20. Mphindi 5 musanakonzekere kutsegula mphika ndikuwaza nsomba ndi tchizi.
