- Khwerero 1 Konzani zigawo zikuluzikulu za saladi: chifanizo cha makatele osuta, tomato, yophika komanso utakhazikika mazira, chimanga, anyezi, masamba, mandimu.
- Khwerero 2 Choyamba muyenera kuthira anyezi ndi kudula pakati pa mphete zowonjezera. l. madzi a mandimu. Nthawi zambiri kusakaniza.
- 3 Mazira ayenera kutsukidwa ndi kupukutidwa bwino. Sambani tomato, wouma ndi kudula mu magawo ang'onoang'ono. Pindani mu mbale ya zinthu zosweka.
- Gawo 4 Onjezerani mackerel, kudula muzing'onozing'ono.
- Khwerero 5 Ikani chimanga.
- Gawo 6 Konzekerani kuvala, kuphatikiza mafuta a azitona, mpiru, 1 tbsp. l. madzi a mandimu, chisakanizo cha tsabola.
- Gawo 7 Yonjezerani uta ndi kuvala, mchere pang'ono ku mbale.
- Gawo 8 Ikani chodulidwa masamba a parsley, osakaniza. Saladi ikhoza kutumikiridwa mu mawonekedwe atsopano okonzekera komanso kwa maola angapo mufiriji.
