- Khwerero 2 Sambani nyama, dulani zidutswa zochepa kwambiri kudutsa nsonga ndikuziika mu semolina.
- Khwerero 3 Kenako chidutswa chilichonse chimanyozedwa kuchokera kumbali ziwiri.
- Gawo 4 Mu chidebe chaching'ono chikwapule azungu azungu, supuni 1 mpiru, mchere ndi tsabola.
- Khwerero 5 Nyama iliyonse yowonjezeredwa mu semolina, kenako mu mazira ndi mwachangu mu mafuta a masamba mu poto yophika bwino.
- Gawo 6 Frysani pazigawo zapakati kumbali zonse ziwiri mpaka golide wofiira. Kutumikira ndi zokongoletsa zowala za ndiwo zamasamba.
