Zosakaniza:- Nkhuku 0.5 makilogalamu
- Mchere 2 tsp.

- Malo okoma a Paprika 1 g
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Tsabola wakuda 0,5 tsp.
- Gawo 1: Kukonzekera kwa paprikasha komwe tidzakasowa: Tsabola wokoma, nkhuku, anyezi, adyo, kirimu wowawasa, mafuta odzola, ufa, paprika, mchere, tsabola wakuda.
- Khwerero 2 Zakudya za nkhuku, tsabola ndi mwachangu mpaka utoto wofiirira wa mafuta ochepa.
- Khwerero 3 Pamene nkhuku yowakidwa, idulani tsabola wobiriwira, ikhetetsedwe kuchokera ku pedicel, magawo a mkati ndi mbewu, zidutswa zofanana, osati zabwino.
- 4 Anyezi amathanso kudula.
- Khwerero 5 Nkhuku ikawowidwa, yifalikira ndikuphimba ndi zojambulazo kuti usunge.
- Gawo 6 Mu poto yophika, nkhuku yowakidwa, ikani anyezi ndi tsabola, mopepuka mwachangu.
- Khwerero 7 Pamene tsabola imakhala yofewa, bweretsani nkhuku ku poto. Khwangwala pansi pa chivindikiro kwa mphindi makumi atatu pa moto wochepa, nthawi zonse kutembenukira.
- Gawo 8 Kenaka, yonjezerani adyo wosweka.
