- Khwerero 2 Timachotsa nyama ku mafilimu ndi timatoni, timadula pamatumba pamtunda, zomwe zimamenyedwa ndi kuzidula pang'ono.
- Gawo 3 Mukhokwe lachitsulo tinasungunula batala.
- Gawo 4 Mu mafuta oyambitsidwa, mwachangu nyamayi, nthawi zonse imatembenuzidwira kuti ikhale yokutidwa ndi kutumphuka komanso kutaya chinyezi.
- Khwerero 5 Dulani anyezi mu magawo.
- Gawo 6 Onjezerani anyezi mu kapu ndi nyama, mwachangu iwo, oyambitsa nthawi zonse ndi mtengo spatula.
- Khwerero 7 Dulani tizilombo tating'onoting'ono ta phwetekere.
- Gawo 8 Yonjezerani nyama, kupitiriza kuyaka pamene mukukoka.
- Gawo 9 Yonjezerani ufa wouma kwa nyama, kusakanizani mofulumira ndikuupaka pamodzi ndi ufa.
- Gawo 10 Sakani madzi a phwetekere ndi madzi otentha ndikutsanulira nyama yokazinga ndi masamba. Onetsani mchere ndi shuga. Imani pansi pa chivindikiro pang'onopang'ono moto mpaka kuchepa kwa ng'ombe.
- Gawo 11 Kumapeto, onjezerani Adzhika yomalizidwa ku nyama ya msuzi. Gwiritsani kudula masamba, kuwonjezera ku msuzi womalizidwa, kutseka chivindikiro ndi kutseka chitofu. Timalimbikira maminiti 10.
- Gawo 12 Kutumikira ndi masamba atsopano. Pa zokongoletsa mukhoza kuphika mbatata yophika, pasitala kapena mbatata yosenda.
