ZIMENE MUNGACHITE:

1. Konzani msuzi. Amapichesi akusamba, kudutsa ndi madzi otentha, ndiye kuti amangirire mu madzi a ayezi. Peel ndi kudula mu magawo. Pezani anyezi ndi kugaya. Ikani mapeyala, anyezi, ginger ndi uchi mu supu. Thirani mu vinyo. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 10, popanda kuphimba ndi chivindikiro, mpaka mutenge mchere wofewa, womwe umapezeka.

2. Dulani nsomba mu magawo. Mu frying poto kutentha mafuta, ikani nsomba, mchere, tsabola ndi mwachangu kuchokera mbali ziwiri, kwa 6-8 mphindi, mpaka crispy bulauni.
