Zosakaniza:- Kefir 400 ml
- Mazira nkhuku 2 ma PC.
- Anyezi otentha 1 gulu
- Mchere 0.75 tsp.
- Soda 0,75 tsp.
- Mpunga, tirigu 400 g
- Mpendadzuwa anayeretsa mafuta a mpendadzuwa 8 tbsp. l.
- Gawo 1 Kukonzekera zikondamoyo ndi anyezi wobiriwira, tidzakhala ndi kefir, nkhuku mazira, masamba anyezi, soda, mchere, ufa wa tirigu, mafuta a mpendadzuwa.
- Gawo 2 Gulu lalikulu la zobiriwira anyezi, kuwaza finely.
- Gawo 3 Mu kefir kutsanulira mchere ndi soda.
- Khwerero 4 Timayendetsa mazira ndikusakaniza whisk mpaka mutakaniza kusakaniza.
- Gawo 5 Sakanizani ufa ndi soda, tsanukani mu chisakanizo cha dzira la kefir.
