- Ndimu 0.25 ma PC.
- Gawo 1 Pophika, mudzafunika squids, kaloti, anyezi, mazira, mafuta a mpendadzuwa, mandimu, mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe.
- Gawo 2 Wiritsani madzi, finyani squid mmenemo. Madzi atangotentha, titsani moto. Siyani squid kwa mphindi 20 m'madzi otentha. Kenaka tsambani, pezani filimuyi, chotsani chitinous ndodo.
- Khwerero 3 Peeled squids mudulidwe.
- Gawo 4 Dulani anyezi mu gawo lochepa.
- Khwerero 5 Kaloti amajambulidwa pa grater.
- Gawo 6 Pangani mazira ndi mchere, onjezerani tsabola kuti mulawe.
- Khwerero 7 Yambani mzere wa theka la mafuta ndi mwachangu anyeziwo mpaka ofewa.
- Gawo 8 Pa otsala mafuta mpaka wachifundo, mwachangu kaloti.
- Gawo 9 Sakanizani kaloti wouma, anyezi ndi squid. Mchere pang'ono, onjezerani madzi kuchokera kotala la mandimu. Tenthetsani mu poto yamoto kwa mphindi.
- Gawo 10 Onjezerani mazira omenyedwa. Sakanizani bwino, mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi, ndikuyambitsa kusakaniza nthawi zonse. Kutumikira otentha ku gome. Chilakolako chabwino!
