Zakudya izi si zokoma zokha, komanso zothandiza. Kuonjezera apo, ili ndi mphamvu yowonongeka ndikuyeretsa thupi.



TSIKU LACHISANU

Chakudya cham'mawa : 100 gm ya kanyumba tchizi kapena 200 ml ya yazhenka, 100 g ya rasipiberi.
Chakudya chamadzulo chachiwiri : 150 g ya mavitamini odzola mkaka ndi raspberries.
Chakudya : 200 g ya nkhuku yophika nyama ndi rasipiberi msuzi.
Chakudya : 1 galasi la milkshake ndi 100 g wa raspberries.


TSIKU LACHIWIRI

Chakudya cham'mawa : 200 ml yogurt mafuta ochepa kapena kefir, 100 g raspberries.
Chakudya chamadzulo chachiwiri : 200 g raspberries okhala ndi supuni 2 za uchi.
Chakudya : 150 g wa nsomba yophika, 1 phwetekere, 1 nkhaka, amadyera.
Chakudya : 200 g raspberries ndi supuni imodzi ya hazelnut.


TSIKU LACHISATATU

Chakudya cham'mawa : 200 ml ya kefir kapena mkaka wophika, 100 g wa rasipiberi.
Chakudya cha 2 : 200 g raspberries, pansi ndi 50 g walnuts.
Chakudya : 50 g wa zophika zophika, 150 g saladi wochokera ku kabichi woyera ndi kaloti ndi masipuni 2 a mafuta a maolivi.
Chakudya Chamadzulo : 2 maapulo okhala ndi zoumba ndi rasipiberi msuzi.
