Chotsani kutentha, kutsanulira madzi a mandimu, mafuta otsala, kuwonjezera mchere, tsabola, chitowe ndi parsley. 4. Ikani msuwani mu mbale, kutsanulira msuzi wa masamba otentha, kutseka chivindikiro chosindikizidwa ndikupita kwa mphindi zisanu. 5. Sakanizani masamba ndi couscous.
