1. Timatsuka nkhuku mumadzi ozizira, kudula m'magawo ang'onoang'ono. Timafunikira mapiko, misozi ndi mchiuno (popanda chifuwa). Konzani marinade. Mu mbale, sakanizani msuzi wa basamu ndi msuzi wa soya, pezani anyezi, muzidula mu machenga ndi kuwonjezera pa msuzi, kenaka yonjezerani nyemba za sesame. Zinyama za nkhuku zomwe timayika mu marinade yophika, ndi kusakaniza zonse. Timachotsa nthawiyo m'firiji. Kenaka mutenge nkhuku kunja kwa firiji, yeretsani ku marinade ndi anyezi (musatsanulire marinade!). 2. Mu poto yophika, mafuta a maolivi mwachangu nkhuku, pafupifupi mphindi khumi kumbali iliyonse, moto ndi wolimba. Mu Frying poto kuwonjezera awiri supuni ya nkhuku msuzi. Kwa pafupi maminiti khumi timayimabe, pansi pa chivindikirocho. 3. Konzani msuzi. Mu yaing'ono saucepan, kutentha msuzi. Msuziwo umasankhidwa. 4. Mu ufa wophika mafuta, mwachangu tomato, kenaka muwalembe mu sesame. 5. Kutumikira nkhuku yotentha, tomato ndi msuzi.
