1. Thirani ufa pa mbale yaikulu. Sungani mtsuko mu ufa kumbali iliyonse. 2. Kutentha poto. Kuphimba nsomba mu batala wosungunuka kwa mphindi 4-5. Kenaka mutembenuzire ndikupitiriza kuphika kwa pafupi mphindi 2-3. 3. Lembani madzi atsopano a mandimu. Pitirizani kuphika kwa mphindi 1-2. 4. Fryani ma amondi mu poto lina. Popanda kuwonjezera mafuta. 5. Ikani chikhomo pa mbale, chokongoletsani ndi magawo a mandimu, kuwaza mafuta amondi ndi parsley.
