- Madzi 2 l
- Khwerero 1 Kuti mupange supu muyenera kaloti, mbatata, Adyghe tchizi, nori, sesame, vermicelli, msuzi wa soya, madzi, mchere, asafoetida (kapena green anyezi), tsamba la bay, paprika ndi katsabola.
- Gawo 2 Thirani poto madzi, onjetsani kaloti ndi mbatata. Kwa mphindi zingapo zamasamba asanakhale okonzeka kuwonjezera tsamba la laurel, paprika, asafoetida ndi vermicelli. Kuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- 3 Nori akuwombera kapena kudula.
- Khwerero 4 Dulani tchizi la Adyghe mu cubes.
- Khwerero 5 Kenako onjezerani nori ndi adyghe tchizi ku poto, kusonkhezera ndi kuzimitsa moto.
