- Khwerero 1 Kuti mukonzekere saladi, mumayenera kutenga nyemba zosungunuka, nkhaka zowonongeka, mazira a mtedza, apulo wobiriwira, prunes, adyo ndi mayonesi.
- Gawo 2 Sungani beet ndikuyikaka pa grater.
- Gawo 3 Ikani mapuloteni ndi madzi otentha ndikuchoka kuti muthe, ndipo mutenge madzi, owuma, kuchotsani mafupa ndi kuwaza udzu.
- Khwerero 4 Dulani nkhaka zamchere mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono.
- Khwerero 5 Tsitsani adyo cloves ku chipolopolo chouma, finely kuwaza, ndiye akupera mu gruel.
- Khwerero 6 Peelani apulo kuchokera pa peel ndi mbeu ndikuikani pa grater.
