Cook mpunga ndi nkhumba Izi Chinsinsi chimapanga mphindi yachiwiri yopambana! Basmati mpunga wokha uli ndi fungo lokhazika mtima pansi, ndipo kuphatikiza ndi yophika nkhumba, masewera ndi coriander ndi zokoma kwambiri! Chifukwa cha turmeric, mpunga umapeza mtundu wobiriwira wa golide ndipo umawoneka wokongola ndi woyambirira! Nthawi zonse perekani mpunga wotentha!
Zosakaniza:- Nyama ya nkhumba 600g
- Kutentha 1 tsp.
- Coriander youma 0.2 tsp.
- Tsabola wakuda pansi 2 uzitsine
- Mchere 2 tsp.
- Olive mafuta 4 tbsp. l.
- Sage Fresh 2 ziphuphu
- Anyezi 1 pc.
- Msuzi wa tirigu wautali 300 g
- Madzi 1.2 l
- Gawo 1 Kuti tikonzeke mbale iyi, tikufuna mpunga wa basiti, nkhumba, mchere (watsopano kapena kuzifutsa), anyezi, mafuta, mchere, tsabola wakuda, coriander, turmeric, madzi.
- Khwerero 2 Nkhumba ya nkhumba imadulidwa mu cubes of size medium.
- Gawo 3 Anyezi amatsukidwa, amadulidwa muzing'ono zazing'ono komanso osakanika mu mafuta.
- Gawo 4 Onjezani nkhumba ku poto.
- Khwerero 5 Fryani nyama ndi anyezi pa kutentha kwakukulu, nthawi zonse kuyambitsa, kuyatsa mtundu wa golidi.

- Khwerero 8 Pitirizani kuuma pa chisanu chakumapeto kwa mphindi zitatu.
- Gawo 9 Ikani mpunga wa basmati mu poto yamoto.
- Gawo 10 Mpunga uziwaza ndi tsabola wakuda ndi wakuda, onjezerani coriander pang'ono.
- Gawo 11 Lembani zomwe zili mu frying ndi madzi amchere otentha. Lembani ndi chivindikiro ndikuphika kutentha pang'ono mpaka mpunga utakonzeka popanda kutsegula chivindikiro. Ngati madzi onse alowa mu mpunga, ndipo sungakhale okonzeka, tsitsani madzi ena otentha.
