- Gawo 1 Pophika lohanorizo tidzasowa kabichi, kaloti, anyezi wobiriwira ndi anyezi, mpunga, mafuta a mpendadzuwa, madzi a phwetekere, parsley, mchere.
- Gawo 2 Anyezi amathyola mu cubes ndi mwachangu mu mafuta a masamba mpaka theka yophika.
- Gawo 3 Onjetsani kaloti ku anyezi ndi kusungunuka ndi kudula mu magawo oonda. Fry for 1 minute, oyambitsa.

- Gawo 5 Yonjezani mpunga, madzi a phwetekere, mchere, coriander.
- Gawo 6 Onjezerani madzi, yesani. Pezani kutentha kwache ndikuphika pansi pa chivindikiro mpaka mpunga uli wokonzeka.
- Khwerero 7 Pamapeto pake onjezerani parsley wodulidwa ndi wobiriwira anyezi. Msuzi wa mphindi ziwiri zina.
