Zosakaniza:- Tsabola 500 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Shuga 4 tbsp. l.
- Khwerero 1 Sambani vwende, chotsani nyembazo, dulani khungu.
- Gawo 2 Dulani mchere wa mavwende mu magawo ndikuyika mu blender, yikani shuga (supuni popanda kupukuta). Finyani madzi kuchokera mu mandimu.
- Gawo 3 Thirani madzi mu blender ndi vwende. Gwirani mofulumira mpaka misa ili yofanana. Thirani okonzera smoothies mu magalasi ndikutumikira mwamsanga.
