- Gawo 2 Millet wiritsani m'madzi ndi mchere mpaka kuphika.
- Gawo 3 Yonjezerani dzira ndi katsabola ku mapira a utakhazikika.
- Gawo 4 Onjezani tchizi. Sakanizani bwino.
- Khwerero 5 Pangani mipukutu yaying'ono, mukuyikuta mu mkate.
- Gawo 6 Fryani zidutswa ziwiri mbali zonse ziwiri mu mafuta a masamba.
- Khwerero 7 Kutumikira ndi kirimu wowawasa kapena kefir.
