Konzani kwa iwo, makamaka, mbale yachiwiri. Zikondamoyo zoperekedwa ndi ine kuchokera ku chiwindi ndi mpunga zidzakuthandizira kupanga kusiyana kwa tebulo. Chiwindi ndi bwino kutenga nyama, koma mungathe nkhumba. Ndipo pamene mutumikira zikondamoyo ku gome, ngati mbali yambali, muyenera kutenga masamba. Ndi abwino kwambiri, mwachitsanzo, stewed kabichi.
Zosakaniza:- Ng'ombe ya chiweto 1000g
- Msuzi wa tirigu wautali 200 g

- Mpendadzuwa anatsuka mafuta a mpendadzuwa 6 tbsp. l.
- Tsabola wakuda wakuda 1 tsp.
- Mchere 1 tsp.
- Khwerero 1 Kupanga zikondamoyo, kutenga chiwindi cha ng'ombe, anyezi, mazira, mpunga, ufa wa tirigu (supuni imodzi ndi slide), mafuta a masamba, tsabola wakuda ndi mchere.
- Khwerero 2 Tsukani, nthawi ndi nthawi musinthe madzi mpaka madzi akuwonekera bwinobwino, kenako yiritsani madzi ambiri. Chotsani kuti chiwonongeke, ndipo mpunga uzizizira.
