- Mafuta a azitona 50 ml
- Gawo 1 Kuti mupange tchizi wokazinga mumasowa mapepala, panir kapena Adyghe tchizi, nkhuku, zonunkhira, mchere, madzi ndi mafuta oyaka (ndimagwiritsa ntchito maolivi kapena kusungunuka).
- Gawo 2 Sakanizani zowonjezera zouma: ufa wa chickpea, mchere ndi zonunkhira.
- 3 Kenako onjezerani madzi ofunda ndi kubweretsa kudziko lakuda zonona.
- Khwerero 4 Dulani tchizi m'makona (pafupifupi 2x4 masentimita), ndi kudula nori kuti mupeze mabala aakulu.
- Gawo 5 Konzani mbale ya madzi kapena msuzi wa soya. Sakanizani nori m'madzi kapena msuzi ndi kukulunga tchizi mmenemo. Chitani izi ndi zidutswa zonse.
- Gawo 6 Thirani poto ndi mafuta ndi kuyala nori ndi tchizi, tisanayambe kuyika mu ufa wa chickpea ndi zonunkhira.
