Ndikukupatsani inu njira yophweka ya tchizi ndi mchere wa salimoni. Kuphatikiza nsomba ndi tchizi chifukwa cha kukoma kwanga, kosangalatsa kwambiri, ndikuyembekeza kuti mumasangalala nazo! Zosakaniza:- Salimoni wamchere 150g
- Tchizi zolimba 150 g
- Dill watsopano 50 g
- Parsley watsopano 50 g
- Gawo 1 Pofuna kukonzekera mbale, timafunika tchizi wolimba, salmon, salisi ndi parsley.
- Gawo 2 Fuzani tchizi pa grater. Sambani masamba, owuma komanso okoma bwino. Sakanizani tchizi ndi masamba.
- Gawo 3 Tchizi ndi masamba, tiike mu kapu yaing'ono ndi kuvala madzi osamba. Kutentha, kuyambitsa mpaka tchizi ukusungunuka. M'malo mochapa madzi, mukhoza kuyika osakaniza mu thumba la pulasitiki, ndikuwatsitsa m'madzi otentha (nsonga ya paketi ikulumikizidwa pamasamba a poto) ndikugwirapo kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Gawo 4 Ikani msuzi pakati pa magawo awiri a filimuyi ndikuyikamo ndi pini yopingasa.
- Khwerero 5 Dulani bwinobwino nsombazo mu magawo ndikuyika pa tchizi, mutenge mopepuka mu mpukutu.
- Gawo 6 Pewani mpukutuwo. Ikani kanthawi m'firiji. Kutumikira tchizi mpukutu, kudula mu makulidwe a 1-2 masentimita.
