- madzi a mandimu - 3 tbsp. l.

Kukonzekera:
Malizitsani mandwe, kudula pakati. Dulani mazira a maapulo ndi kudula mu magawo. Mu mbale ya saladi yikani masiku, magawo a maapulo, onjezerani mandnuts.
Sakanizani mandimu ndi yogurt, yikani mchere. Thirani kuvala ndi letesi, kusakaniza ndi refrigerate kwa mphindi 15. Saladi ndi yokonzeka.
