Tikuyeretsa mbatata, kutsuka ndi kudula sizitali kwambiri. Lembani madzi kuti liphimbe mbatata, mchere ndi kuphika. Anyezi amatsukidwa, finely akanadulidwa ndi yokazinga mu masamba mafuta. Pamene anyezi amatsukidwa, tidzakhala bowa. Ife timawayeretsa iwo, anga ndi kuwadula iwo. Timatumiza bowa kwa anyezi, mchere, tsabola ndi mwachangu mpaka ataphimbidwa pang'ono ndi golide. Kumaliza bowa kumakhala pansi ndi blender. Timagwirizanitsa madzi pang'ono kuchokera ku mbatata yophika, kuwonjezera kwa iwo osweka anyezi ndi bowa. Thirani mu kirimu ndikugwirizanitsa blender kuti mugwire ntchito. Dulani msuzi ku boma lomwe mumakonda kulawa - mumatha kumangoyenda bwino, mutha kuyima mukakhalabe ndi zochepa za bowa ndi mbatata.
