Zosakaniza:- Msuzi wa tirigu wautali 200 g

- Butter 100 g
- Mchere 1.5 tsp.
- Tsabola wakuda 0,5 tsp.
- Malo okoma a Paprika 1 tsp.
- Madzi 750 ml
- Khwerero 1 Kuti mupange mpunga ndi Zakudyazi, timafuna mpunga, vermicelli wochepa bwino (monga "kangaude"), batala, mchere, tsabola wakuda, paprika (kuwonjezera pa ine), madzi.
- Gawo 2 Choyamba, tsitsani mpunga ndi madzi ozizira. Timayika madziwo. Mu poto yophika, sungunulani batala pa moto wochepa.
- Khwerero 3 Pamene mafuta ayungunuka, tsitsani vermicelli.
- Gawo 4 Sakanizani ndi mwachangu vermicelli pamwamba pazigawo.
- Khwerero 5 Iyenera kukhala golide, ngakhale bulauni. Yang'anani mwatcheru kuti vermicelli isatenthe!
- Gawo 6 Sakanizani mpunga ndikuwathira ku vermicelli yokazinga.
- Khwerero 7 Tilimbikitseni ndi pafupi mphindi ziwiri mwachangu.
- Gawo 8 Onjezerani mchere, tsabola wakuda ndi paprika. Kulimbikitsa.
- Gawo 9 Lembani madzi otentha kuti muphimbe mpunga ndi vermicelli kwa zala ziwiri. Phimbani chivindikiro, madziwo awiritse, kuchepetsa kutentha ndi kuzizira pang'onopang'ono moto mpaka okonzeka (pafupi mphindi 25).
- Gawo 10 Chotsani chivindikiro, phokoso. Ngati ndi kotheka, mukhoza kuwonjezera madzi pang'ono ndikuwuteteza musanatuluke. Mpunga wanga unali wokonzeka mu mphindi 25. Timagwiritsa ntchito tebulo ngati zokongoletsa. Mchele utakhazikika ndi Zakudyazi sizinali zosangalatsa kwambiri!
