Zosakaniza:- Squid 300 g
- Mazira nkhuku 3 ma PC.
- Mowa wambiri 125 ml
- Tirigu Kukula 125 g
- Mchere 1 tsp.
- Mpendadzuwa amawonjezera mafuta 300 ml
- Khwerero 1 Kuti tikonze mphete za squid mu batter mowa, timafunikira mowa wambiri, mazira, ufa wa tirigu, 2 mitembo ya squid, mafuta odzola ndi mafuta.
- Gawo 2 Mu ufa uzani mchere ndikuyendetsa mazira.
- 3 Sakanizani ndi kutsanulira mu mowa wonyezimira.
- Khwerero 4 Pogwiritsira ntchito corolla, timagwiritsa ntchito ulusi wofanana, kusasinthasintha kukumbukira mtanda, madzi pang'ono kusiyana ndi zikondamoyo.

- Khwerero 6 Timakweza mphetezo mu batter.
- Gawo 7 Zagawo zowonongeka mu mpweya waukulu wa mpendadzuwa woyengedwa bwino mafuta pamwamba pa kutentha kwapakati kuchokera mbali ziwiri mpaka mtundu wa golidi.
- Khwerero 8 Timatumizira chotupitsa ndi masupu.
