Ikani tofu mu frying poto ndi mafuta ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 4-6 mpaka tofu atayidwa kuchokera pansi. Tembenuzira tofu ndikuwongolera mbali inayo mpaka bulauni. Ikani tofu pa bolodula ndi kudula muzing'onozing'ono. 2. Mu lalikulu saucepan kubweretsa madzi kwa chithupsa. Onjezerani mchere wambiri ndi mchele Zakudyazi. Cook mpaka okonzeka, malinga ndi malangizo pa phukusi. Sakanizani ndi kuchapa mpunga. 3. Peel ndi finely kuwaza ginger. Finely kuwaza adyo. Dulani nkhaka, bell tsabola, zobiriwira anyezi ndi coriander. Mu mbale yaikulu, sakanizani mafuta a mandimu, soya msuzi, ginger, adyo, shuga, viniga wosasa, mafuta a sesame, madzi otentha ndi msuzi wa garlic (ngati amagwiritsidwa ntchito) mpaka mutagwirizana. 4. Ikani tofu mu msuzi wophika, onjezani nkhaka, tsabola tsabola, anyezi wobiriwira ndi coriander, sakanizani. Fukuta saladi ndi otsala anyezi ndi kutumikira.
