Zakudya izi sizikusowa ndalama zambiri, ndipo zimapezeka pakhomo, siziyenera kukonzekera kwa nthawi yaitali (ngati zilipo nyemba kapena zamzitini) kale. Nyemba zinatengedwa zoyera, zimapatsa mthunzi wokoma kwambiri ku pate, ndikuganiza kuti nyemba za mtundu wina wa masamba sizidzasintha kuti zilawe, koma mtunduwo udzakhala wosiyana. Nkofunika kuti nyembazo ziphike bwino, zimafuna zofewa. Mukhoza kugwiritsa ntchito mbale iyi masiku osala kudya, pamene mafuta ndi nsomba amaloledwa kudya.

- Tina zamzitini 180 g
- Madzi a mandimu 1 tbsp. l.
- Mafuta a azitona 1 tbsp. l.
- Nyanja Yamchere 0,1 tsp.
- Pepper wakuda wakuda 1 uzitsine
- Green anyezi 5 g
- Sakani 2 pinch
- Gawo 1 Konzani zogulitsa zazikulu: nyemba zoyera zithupsa mpaka mchere, nsomba zam'chitini, mandimu, azitona pang'ono, anyezi wobiriwira.
- Gawo 2 Ikani nyemba ndi nsomba mu mbale ya blender.
- Thirani mafuta a maolivi ndi madzi a mandimu, onjezerani mchere ndi tsabola wakuda.
- Khwerero 4 Kumenya mofulumira mpaka mutagwirana, zimapezeka. Konzani kukoma kwa mchere.
- Gawo 5 Pate ndi okonzeka.
