Chotsani chivindikiro ndi mwachangu, oyambitsa, mpaka golide wofiira, kuyambira mphindi 25 mpaka 30. Panthawiyi mu lalikulu saucepan kubweretsa mchere madzi kwa chithupsa. Pamene anyezi yophikidwa kwa mphindi 10, onjezerani pasitala mu kapu ndi kuphika mpaka kuphika. Sungani madzi ndikubwezerani pasitala ku poto. Ikani 1/2 chikho cha madzi otsala mutatha kuphika. Add anyezi ndi batala mu saucepan kuti pasitala, nyengo ndi mchere ndi tsabola, akuyambitsa. Pang'onopang'ono kuwonjezera madzi okwanira. Tumikirani pasitala ndi parmesan tchizi.
