- Gawo 1 Konzani zopangira zazikulu: mchere wothira mafuta, mandimu, anyezi ndi zonunkhira.
- Gawo 2 Choyamba muyenera kukonzekera marinade. Gwiritsani ntchito zowonjezera zonse zofunika mu chotupa. Bweretsani ku chithupsa ndikuyika pambali kuti muzizizira.
- Khwerero 3 Dulani hering'i kuti pali zowonjezera ziwiri.
- Khwerero 4 Dulani zitsamba za mchenga mu magawo ang'onoang'ono mozungulira.
- Khwerero 5 Anyezi amatsukidwa ndikudulidwa m'kati mwake.
- Gawo 6 Sambani mandimu ndikudula tizidutswa ting'onoting'ono.
- Gawo 7 Mu mtsuko, ikani zigawo za hering'i, anyezi ndi mandimu. Koperani pang'ono mwatsopano ndi tsabola wa tsabola.
- Gawani 8 Thirani marinade utakhazikika mu mtsuko wodzaza ndi chingwe ndi kuika hering'i firiji kwa maola 6-7.
