Mchere wosavuta Mchere umenewu ndi wokoma kwambiri komanso wofewa, ndipo chofunika kwambiri, kalori yotsika! Inde, aliyense angakonde! Kukonzekera mchere wodetsedwa ndi gelatin, chomwe chimapezeka mosavuta, palibe luso lapadera. Zosakaniza:- Kanyumba kanyumba 300 g

- Kocowa ufa 2 tbsp. l.
- Uchi 4 tbsp. l.
- Gelatin 2 tsp.
- Madzi 3 tbsp. l.
- Gawo 1 Kwa curd soufflé, tidzasowa kanyumba tchizi, uchi (shuga), mkaka, ufa wa kakao, gelatin.
- Gawo 2 Choncho, zikani 2 tsp. gelatin kapena 1 tbsp. l. ndi masupuni a masupuni atatu a madzi ozizira ndipo muzisiya kuti mupume kwa mphindi 30.
- Khwerero 3 Pambuyo pa kutupa gelatin, tumizani mu chidebe ndi kutentha mpaka mutasungunuka ndikupanga yunifolomu madzi, koma musaphimbe!
- Khwerero 4 Kenaka sakanizani zinthu zonse mu blender ndi whisk bwino. Ngati mulibe uchi, onjezerani shuga kuti mukatenthe mkaka, kuyambitsa kulola shuga kupasuka ndi kutsanulira mu blender mbale.
- Khwerero 5 Muyenera kupeza minofu yofanana.
- Gawo 6 Kenaka, nkhunguzo zili ndi filimu ya chakudya kapena cellophane ndikutsanulira soufflé yathu. Chotsani mpweya mufiriji kwa maola 2-3.
