- Kenaka muyambe kutsanulira mu ufa pang'ono ndikusakaniza mtanda. Iyenera kumangirira pang'ono m'manja mwanu. Phizani mtanda ndi thaulo ndikuchoka kwa mphindi 15.
- Gawani mtanda wotsekedwa mu magawo awiri ofanana ndikupaka aliyense mu 2-3 masentimita wosanjikiza.
- Lembani mtanda ndi mafuta a masamba (oyeretsedwa) ndi kuwaza ndi chisakanizo cha sinamoni ndi shuga. Pamwamba ndi zoumba.
- Pangani mpukutu. Dulani mu zidutswa 12 zofanana.
- Ikani buns pa kuphika pepala lokhala ndi zikopa pepala. Fukani bulu ndi shuga.

- Tumizani mabulu ku uvuni wokonzedweratu (madigiri 180) kwa mphindi 20.
