- Gawo 1 Kuti tikonze saladi, tidzakhala ndi tiyi yophika, anyezi, okoma ndi wowawasa apulo, horseradish, makangaza, mafuta a mpendadzuwa, chitowe, mchere.
- Gawo 2 Dulani apulo ndikudula.
- Gawo 3 Muzuke mizu ya horseradish.
- 4 Pomegranate woyera.
- Khwerero 5 Dulani anyezi mu tizilombo tating'ono kwambiri.
- Khwerero 6 Ikani nyemba za makangaza m'matumba ndi nkhono ndipo mugwiritsire ntchito phokoso kuti muphwanyule zipatso mu thumba mpaka juzi ipangidwe.
- Gawo 7 Gwiritsani ntchito madzi a makangaza, mpendadzuwa, mbewu za caraway ndi mchere.
- Gawo 8 Sambani beet ndikuchiyang'ana ndi mabowo aakulu.
- Gawo 9 Gwirizanitsani beets, maapulo, anyezi, horseradish ndi makangaza.
