ZIMENE MUDZIWA:


• 500 ml mkaka
• 150 mg kirimu ndi 22% mafuta
• 25 g ya mafuta
• 200 g mpunga wa mpunga
• 1 tbsp. l. shuga
• 1 tsp. sinamoni
• 250 magalamu a chisakanizo cha raspberries, blueberries, red currants, blueberries ndi cherries okoma
• 1 tbsp. l. timbewu tatsopano

ZIMENE MUNGACHITE:


1. Patsuko losungunuka, sungunulani mafuta, onjezerani mpunga ndikuphika, oyambitsa, 2 min.
Wiritsani mkaka ndi zonona. Onjezerani kotala la mkaka ndi kirimu osakaniza mu mpunga ndikuphika, kuyambitsa mpaka madzi akumwa. Thirani mu shuga ndikupitilira kutsanulira mkaka ndi kirimu m'magawo ang'onoang'ono. Izi zitenga pafupifupi 20 min.

2. Zipatso zosamba, chotsani yamatcheri kuchokera ku chitumbuwa chokoma. Mbali ya zipatsozi zimayambanso kukongoletsera, kupuma mokwanira pamodzi ndi sinamoni mu mchenga wa mpunga. Koperani maminiti 2-3.
