- Khwerero 1 Pokonzekera kuzizira, tiyeni titenge sorelo, mazira, nkhaka, radish, amadyera ndi kirimu wowawasa.
- Gawo 2 Sipinachi mosamala bwino ndi kuwaza.
- Gawo 3 Ikani sorelo m'madzi otentha, wiritsani kwa mphindi 7 ndikuzizira.
- Gawo 4 Sambani nkhaka, dulani iwo theka, ndipo pang'anani pang'onopang'ono mupande.
- Khwerero 5 Dulani nthenga za anyezi wobiriwira ndi mphete zoonda.
- Khwerero 6 Dulani radish mu magawo oonda.
- Khwerero 7 Mazira wophika mwamphamvu (kwa mphindi 10), sungani m'madzi ozizira, oyera, ozizira ndi kuwaza.
