ZIMENE MUDZIWA:

• 300 g wa mpunga wa arborio

• 200 g atsopano chanterelles

• 20 g galasi ya Parmesan
• 50 g + 1 tsp. batala
• 1.5 malita a msuzi wotentha nkhuku
• 4 tbsp. l. woyera wouma vinyo
• mchere kuti ulawe

ZIMENE MUNGACHITE:

1. Thirani bowa wouma m'madzi ofunda. Chanterelles amatsukidwa ndipo amawamasula, yokazinga mu 1 tsp. mafuta, mphindi 7, khalani pambali. Anyezi azipera ndi mwachangu mpaka mafuta otsala, osasiya kutentha, 5 min. Onjezani mpunga ndi kuphika, oyambitsa, 2 min. Thirani vinyo wouma, kuphika kwa mphindi 4. Ikani bowa wouma, kuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri.

2. Thirani mu 1 chikho cha msuzi, kuphika, oyambitsa, mpaka msuzi wadzikongoletsera. Pitirizani kuphika, kuonjezerani msuzi ku ladle ndipo nthawi iliyonse muzipereka zonsezi. Chotsani kutentha, chokani kwa mphindi imodzi.

3. Onjezerani chanterelles ndi Parmesan, ndikuphimba ndikupita kwa mphindi zitatu. Kenaka kusakaniza ndikutumikira ku gome.
