- Khwerero 1 Kukonzekera zokometsera zonona muyenera kumwa bowa, batala, mizu ya udzu winawake, anyezi, kaloti, adyo, mkaka, tsabola wotentha, mchere, coriander.
- Khwerero 2 Bowa amatsuka, sambani pansi pa madzi. Dulani miyendo ndi bokosi mu bokosi. Thirani madzi ozizira. Wiritsani ndi anyezi aang'ono kwa mphindi 15. Iponye ku colander.
- Gawo 3 Masamba (anyezi, adyo, kaloti) kuyeretsa, kusema cubes.
- 4 Thirani zamasamba pa mafuta a azitona (masamba onse).
- Gawo 5 Thirani masamba owiritsa ndi madzi owiritsa. Kuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Gawo 6 Sambani mizu ya udzu winawake. Dulani mu cubes.
- Khwerero 7 Yonjezerani udzu winawake ndi bowa ku msuzi. Mchere ndi tsabola. Kuphika kwa mphindi 30 pa moto wochepa.
- Gawo 8 Wiritsani mkaka.
