Sungani mango ndi kudula zidutswa. Thirani tsabola wofiira mu mafuta mpaka atadetsedwa pang'ono. Onjezani anyezi odulidwa. Fry mpaka zofewa. Sakanizani ginger ndikusakaniza mwachindunji mu anyezi. Pitirizani kuyesetsa kwa mphindi zingapo mpaka zonse zithetsedwa. Onjezani mango ndi zam'chitini zamanazi (ndi madzi). Kuwonjezera apo, onjezerani shuga wofiira, viniga ndi garam masala. Onetsetsani kusakaniza bwino, ndipo mubweretse ku chithupsa. Chisakanizocho chiyenera kuimirira kwa ola limodzi. Nthawi zonse yesetsani. Madziwo adzachoka pang'onopang'ono ndipo padzakhala kusasinthasintha kwa kupanikizana. Mukamagwiritsa ntchito zoumba, yonjezerani kumapeto kwa nthawi yophika (pafupi mphindi 45).
