Nsomba zimatsukidwa bwino pansi pa madzi. Ife timayika nsomba mu mtsuko. Kenako timakonza brine. Pochita izi, tsitsani madzi okwanira m'phika, uzipereka mchere, shuga, Bay masamba, peppercorns, mbewu za coriander. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa. Tiyeni tiziziziritsa. Koperani nsombayi ndi mafuta otentha, onetsetsani botolo ndi chivindikiro ndikuyika mufiriji tsiku limodzi. Timatumikira nsomba ndi anyezi. Bon appetit :)
