Zosakaniza:- Tirigu ufa 2 tbsp.
- Kefir 400 ml
- Shuga 2 tbsp. l.

- Khwerero 2 Kefir iyenera kutsanulidwa mu mbale yakuya, kuwonjezera shuga, mchere, kuyendetsa mu dzira.
- Gawo 3 Yambani zonse kuti zikhale zofanana ndi whisk.
- Gawo 4 Sakanizani ufa ndi soda ndikutsanulira mu chophika cha dzira cha kefir.
- Khwerero 5 Muyenera kutenga mtanda wa kirimu wowawasa.
- Gawo 6 Thirani mafuta a masamba pa mpweya wozizira. Phulani supuni ya mtanda. Patsamba lililonse, yikani sitiroberi ndi mabulosi akuda.
- Khwerero 7 Pamwamba pa zipatsozo zimafalikira pa theka la supuni ya mtanda, kuti zipatso zisathe kuziwoneka. Pamene pansi pa zikondamoyo zimakhala zofiirira, zikanizeni ndi kuzizira mwachangu mbali inayo.
- Khwerero 8 Kutumikira ndi zipatso, kuwaza ndi shuga wothira.
