Peel ndi kudula nkhaka pakati. Chotsani mbewu ndi supuni. Thirani yogurt mu mbale ndikupukuta nkhaka pa gran grater. Pangani puree wa ginger ndi adyo, yonjezerani ku yogurt. Dulani mandimu ndi anyezi wobiriwira. Sungani pang'ono kwa zokongoletsera ndikuonjezerani zina zonse ku mbale. Onjezerani mbewu zosweka za chitowe, mchere ndi tsabola. Ikani mufiriji kwa ora limodzi. Chilakolako chabwino.
