- 4 Mazira amamenya bwino ndi mphanda.
- Gawo 5 Kenaka wonjezereni theka la tchizi la grated ndi 2-3 masentimita akuluakulu a tsabola wakuda.
- Gawo 6 Sakanizani zonse bwino.
- Gawo 7 Sakanizani otsala a grated tchizi ndi 2-3 pips wa tsabola watsopano wakuda.
- Khwerero 8 Bweretsani madzi ku chithupsa (motengera 100 g ya spaghetti madzi okwanira 1 litre), onjezani 1-2 tbsp. l. mafuta a maolivi ndi kuphika spaghetti ku dziko la al dente.
