Zosakaniza:- Nkhuku Nsonga 500g
- Nkhuku yonyamula 500g
- Mkaka 550 ml
- Butter 50 g
- Bowa champignons 200 g
- Anyezi 1 pc.
- Pepper wokoma 1 pc.
- Mbatata wowuma 1 tbsp. l.
- Mchere 1 tsp.
- Khwerero 1 Kukonzekera nkhuku mu Chingerezi muyenera: Mbali iliyonse ya nkhuku, mkaka, batala, bowa, anyezi, tsabola wokoma, wowuma ndi mchere.
- Khwerero 2 Tsitsani nkhuku, idyani ndikugawa m'magawo.
- 3 Bowa amatsuka ndi kudula mbale.
- 4 Anyezi ndi belu perekani mphete.
- Khwerero 5 Potola ndi mafuta, perekani nkhuku mpaka golide wofiirira.
- Khwerero 6 Yambani ndikupitirizabe mwachangu popanda kuphimba chivindikiro.
- Gawo 7 Yikani bowa nkhuku ndipo mwachangu pamodzi mphindi zisanu ndi zitatu.
- Gawo 8 Kenaka yikani anyezi ndi tsabola, mwachangu kenaka 3 mphindi.
- Gawo 9 Lembani mkaka mukangotembenuka ndikuzimitsa pansi pa chivindikiro mpaka nkhuku itakonzeka (20-30 minutes).
- Gawo 10 Mu mkaka pang'ono, kuchepetsa 1 tbsp. l. starch.
- Khwerero 11 Pambuyo pa maminiti 20-30 a nkhuku akumwa mkaka, ziyenera kuoneka ngati izi.
- Gawo 12 Pezani zidutswa za nkhuku.
- Khwerero 13 Mu msuzi muwathire madzi ochepetsedwa mu mkaka ndikusiya kuwiritsa kwa mphindi 3-5. Kutumikira nkhuku ndi msuzi.
